What is the reason why the clutch release bearing is easily damaged? In practical experience, although the company has strictly required the driver to drip oil once a day on the release bearing, this is not only complicated to operate, but the bearing is still often damaged. After analysis, it is believed that because the high temperature of the engine is transmitted to the release bearing, and the high-speed rotation of the bearing will also produce high temperature, under such conditions, it is difficult for the lubricating oil to remain in the bearing. The bearing works continuously at high temperature, and the lubrication conditions Good, resulting in frequent damage to the release bearing.

According to the above problems, it has also been tested to heat the bearing in the grease to make the grease soak into the bearing.After this treatment, although the grease can fill the bearing, the structure of the grease after the high temperature treatment is damaged. The performance is greatly reduced, the effect of using this method is very unsatisfactory, and the service life of the bearing has not been extended. We have also greased the release bearing directly with a tip grease gun. After installation on the car, the service life of the bearing is greatly prolonged after observation and testing. This oil injection method has received satisfactory results, but the operation is more complicated. Then they explored adding butter without disintegrating the engine. First, the trial was successful on the 475 C engine, and only on the 475C, 480, and 492 engines, and they all received good results. One: The oil injection method that does not disintegrate the engine: first open the clutch cover and observe the wear of the release bearing. If it is confirmed that the bearing is not damaged or the wear does not exceed the limit, remove the clutch pedal, adjust the connecting rod pin, and make the release bearing and The seat returns to the final position, and the needle-nose grease gun fills the hole of the bearing seat with butter until the bearing has oil overflow, then rotate the bearing a little bit, fill the oil again, and repeat the above work until a little butter overflows around the bearing, and then Rotate the bearing and observe the amount of oil. If you feel resistance to the bearing rotation, it proves that the bearing is filled with butter. Then remove the grease spilled from all parts of the release bearing seat, and reassemble the removed pins and clutch cover.

Two: The oil injection method for engine disintegration: The engine is disassembled to expose the assembly of the release bearing and the bearing housing.
