1. Pay attention to safety when jacking up the forklift. Please use a jack or stopper. Confirm the surrounding safety conditions. There must be enough rope used when lifting heavy objects

Safety factor. Before using power tools to disassemble parts, make sure that bolts, nuts, pipes and wiring harnesses are completely separated.

2. When carrying heavy objects, use certain equipment or tools, and do not carry them with bare hands.

3. When repairing the hydraulic system and other dust-proof parts, please use clean tools and carry out in a clean and dust-proof area.

4. Before overhauling or welding electrical system components, make sure to remove the lead wire of the battery terminal. (Remove the negative terminal first, then remove the positive terminal.)

5. Pay attention to prevent oil, gas and flammable materials from entering the work area.

6. Organize the disassembled parts and tools. Hang warning signs on the engine or the joystick during maintenance.

7. It is not allowed to disassemble parts during engine operation.

8. Do not stand directly under the fork or fork frame. Block the equipment and the fork frame when the forklift is repaired.
