Disassembly method of hydraulic pipe system in electric forklift maintenance

1. Before disassembly, please note that before proceeding with the disassembly and installation procedures, you need to place the switch in the off and off position, disconnect the battery plug, and use the lever to release the remaining pressure of the catheter. Keep the working environment clean and avoid getting inside. When disconnecting the pipe, cover the surrounding area with a rag to avoid oil contamination of other parts. 2. The storage electric forklift wraps the sealing tape on the tapered thread, and does not allow the sealing tape fragments to enter the hydraulic pipeline. When connecting each hydraulic component, use an O-ring in the joint. Before installation, install a guide on the joint thread and then insert the O-ring along the way to avoid damaging the O-ring. Need to tighten the joint by hand, and determine the position of the joint before tightening the lock nut to the specified torque.

3. Release the hydraulic oil before disassembling the suction pipe.

4. The hose should be checked for leakage, aging or damage before disassembly. The hose should be replaced. Leaking or damaged connections should be replaced.

5. Catheters, check if there is any leakage, bends, breaks or scratches in the catheters before disassembly. Catheters should notify the storage electric forklift maintenance company to replace them. Leaking or damaged connections should be replaced.
